Striving for the Habit of Health

Since finding the Tabata HIIT workouts, I've tried to do at least one a day if not more. Obviously there are lazy days where it just doesn't happen but then there are days where I do 6 rounds. I usually find some ab & leg workouts to throw in with it it and altogether, I'm a huge fan.

I finished reading "A is for Alibi" by Sue Grafton (#1 in the Kinsey Millhone series) last night and I gave it 3 1/2 stars (technically 4 because Goodreads wouldn't let me select 1/2 a star).

Book Worm

For one no-good reason after another, usually involving a lack of time, I haven't read a book since last October. I had started two at different points, but didn't get interested enough to stick it out. I bought a new book for the trip Tyler and i took to New York City, but we ended up watching movies on the laptop instead.
