If you're looking for motivation
these workouts are my favorite kind. Challenges are the best and that site has one for every kind of work out, I love them and am so happy Pinterest brought us together. However, I miss having free and easy access to the treadmill that I became so accustomed to at the hotel from when Austin Commercial was putting us up.
This treadmill workout was what I usually did, nice getting to work on elevation!
Back to the 30 day challenges, I'm only on day 3 so if someone feels compelled to join me it's not too late! It's never too late, really, and it would make it even better to have some friendly competition to keep it going. Plus in less than 30 days we get to change it up and start something new!
I would really like to get back into running, but that's the one that I really have a hard time doing. If anyone has any suggestions to help get my butt out the door please speak up!
